UME Diagnostics continually seek to improve and develop our services and facilities. We attach great importance and value any comments, suggestions, concerns or complaints which you may wish to bring to our attention. The complaints procedure detailed below ensures your complaint will be fully investigated and resolved in a timely, understanding and efficient manner.

Who to address your complaint to

If you wish to make a complaint or raise a concern you are invited to complete the UME Feedback Form and return it to the General Manager of the centre you visited.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days, with a detailed reply within 20 working days. In some instances your complaint may take longer to resolve, if this is the case we will update you on the progress regularly.

If we believe your complaint to be of a serious nature it will escalated to our head office and an investigation will be instigated. The investigation process aims to establish facts surrounding the incident, identify system failures and potential preventative actions in order to satisfy any problem a customer may have had.
